Greek Easter Lunch at Sybaris

Sunday, April 19th at 1 pm

This is a traditional Greek menu for Easter. The Orthodox calendar puts Easter on Sundays that may or may not coincide with Western Easter (please check the date of this event and note that this is a "not" year). We are offering a traditional menu but are foregoing the smashing of the eggs on each other’s heads.

greek olives, feta and peppers with warm pita

spinach and dandelion spanakopita

third course

lamb soup with orzo pasta, winter vegetables and greek oregano

fourth course

fire roasted lamb with lemon potatoes

fifth course

galaktoboureko- a sweet custard in filo- think baklava meets éclair
